Why you don't get promoted?

You feel that you are entitled to a promotion/raise just because you have been working hard for a year. But you need to reflect on - has that hard work, really been productive? If not, you need to find out the person who is very productive and learn from him/her.

Please don't start hating someone cause s/he got a promotion faster than you. Keep your ego aside and reflect on your performance and ask for help.
