Whole Foods Violates OSHA Certification

The Whole Foods in Miami was fined by OSHA in November for blatant violations of OSHA safety standards when a sewage line ruptured and was spilling into the cheese section as well as into customer restrooms. They also got in trouble for firing the employee who reported the situation.
