Filipinos will once again commemorate this month the assassination of opposition leader Benigno Aquino Jr, a crime so brutal and brazen it was committed out in the open on an airport tarmac, on an early afternoon, right next to a plane full of passengers and an airport crawling with soldiers, airline and airport employees, and well-wishers.
