Who is the real ENEMY?

This video attempts to speak about a painful subject in the most loving way possible. The purpose is to share what I have learned in my life in a way that connects with how we relate to each other. What I have learned is that I cause most all of my own pain and suffering. If I hurt myself less, than everyone in the world is better off. If we each hurt ourselves less, I think all problems in the world would be solved.
