Filmed by Shaun Fergusson, this video features a man making the most of a pull-up bar. He seems to be doing what can be assumed as some sort of variation of upside-down pull-ups.
"Man, I want to know what this guy is training for," the filmer jokingly wrote. "This was filmed in the Western Australian desert, at a BHP iron ore camp.
