'Man superhumanly raises gym ceiling while doing pull-ups'

This is what happens when you do calisthenics.

A man exercising in a superhuman manner can be seen in this amazing video.

He appears to be fantastic at lifting a bit of the roof with his head while performing pull-ups. Not only that but he is also able to raise it a few times during the course of the footage.

"The only time you'll see my head hit the cell," said Ceion Mccalla. “I was practicing calisthenics in the gym when my head hit the ceiling whilst doing a pull-up.”
