When Will They Ever Learn (Protest Song)

From living in Israel and working with both Israeli Jews, Christians, and Arabs during my 11 years there, as a non-Jew I gained an insight into the conflict that many outside the country do not have. For me, the two most disturbing aspects of the conflict are the Netanyahu government's continued expansion and building of settlements - and - the brainwashing of Palestinian children against Israel and Jews through their education system.

It is unconscionable that the international community criticizes Israel constantly, yet never says a thing about the Palestinians teaching their children to hate Jews and Israel. Even if Israel stopped its settlement building tomorrow, there will never be peace until this teaching of hate stops. "When Will They Ever Learn" is an indictment of a Palestinian system that teaches this hate. It is also an indictment of the international community for not demanding that the teaching of hate end.
