Think wise Live life co-project is initiated by two passionate ladies Dr. Shagufta Feroz founder of "Holistic health awareness movement" and Shamim Akhter who is the creator of " My health shop". The objective behind this project is to spread awareness about the importance of a link between a personalized lifestyle and holistic health. To spread this awareness the power of print, electronic and social media is effectively used, besides using other conventional methods. This short video is a part of series of videos on various personal health issues.
By looking at the current health statistics at national and international levels, we can understand the importance of this quote “Every human being is the author of his own health and disease”. Through the videos of Think wise Live life, you will be able to learn about the basics of a human body holistic functions, body compatible holistic foods, how to eat them correctly and correct usage of food supplements as well. We will encourage feedback from all our friends who share the same passion with us and would like them to be part of this campaign to s+pread awareness .
