Just before you become anxious because of these unanswered questions, I will discuss all of them in this article.
A panic attack is an anxiety that is manifested and observed physically. It may happen to you anywhere, and at any time of the day. Could you just imagine the terror this entails, especially for some people who have just started experiencing panic attacks?
The symptoms of a panic attack are pretty much comparable to the symptoms of a cardiac arrest. Only that in a panic attack, chest pain is not observed. Your heart beat will begin to beat faster and stronger. While your breathing becomes a little erratic because your lung muscles fail to contract effectively.
