Wendy Howard trail update

Last month, a jury decided that Wendy Howard, the Tehachapi woman charged in the shooting death of her ex-boyfriend Kelley Rees Pitts was not guilty of first-degree murder. However, the jury was hung on one charge. Friday, the DA’s office was expected to make a decision on whether or not to re-try Howard.
