Hannah Best from Redhill, UK and her friends attempt throwing a 6kg ball over a wall.
The too-heavy ball immediately backfires, sending everyone crashing to the ground.
Hannah said: “Basically, we tried out a new gym challenge where a ball over the wall that we set up however we only had a 6 kg ball and it didn’t go very well. We basically just took each other out with the 6 kg ball!”
