Wayne is active in professional organizations and is a past chairman of the Taxation Committee of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, East Bay Chapter. Wayne Lippman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. For many years, Wayne Lippman's CPA office in Walnut Creek has served as one of the top public accounting firms in the area. Wayne brings over 40 years of experience including over 20 years at Price Waterhouse, where he resided as a tax partner in both Oakland and San Francisco. Wayne also served as the Managing Tax Partner of Price Waterhouse' Walnut Creek office.
