Day 7 P90X Results - X Stretch Workout Review

http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Well, I completed my very first week of P90X today and as they say -- time flies when you're having fun.

I completed the optional X Stretch video today, even though my body was voting for a rest day. After all is said and done, I'm very happy that I decided to do the stretching workout today.

Diet-wise, i think I'm going to increase my daily intake as I don't feel like I'm getting enough calories. Will keep everyone posted.
