Davey: Starmer must 'step up' plans to reopen oil shipping

Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey urges Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer to "step up" with plans to reopen a oil and gas shipping routes throttled by Iran. Davey continues saying Starmer is "incapable" and "not smart enough" to bring the war to an end.
