What is Systemic Risk

Provides a review of current notions of Risk in general, and Systemic Risk in particular, and then provides a new more practical definition of Systemic Risk which can be used to resolve the challenges generated in different types of global systems (such as financial, ecological, climatic, biologocal, etc systems). It also introduces the new 'Systemic Risk Briefing' channel, which will publish regular video briefings and data concerning emerging global risks and prospects as news bulletins.
