vsat modem troubleshooting part-1

After replacing power supply in 64:
1. Only power supply: pwr and odu glow
2. With rx: initially its pwr n odu, then sat star blinking thereafter sat blinking frequenly rest remain same;
3. With rx tx both: intially pwr n odu, then sat blinking, after it start blinking fast but not stable, checked it for 8-10min
