Every position I have held has been achieved through the step-ladder system, and I have a great deal of respect for the association and its democratic process.

Leadership for me has always been about responsibility, not position. My journey began in the first year of MBBS as a Class Representative and grew through ground-level involvement.

I have had the honour of serving as President at the District (Nagpur), Regional (Vidarbha), and State (Maharashtra) levels, and as an MC Member of AIOS. Experience as faculty at state and national forums and participation in professional bodies have shaped my practical approach to leadership.

With over 25 years of service across district, state, and national platforms, contesting for Joint Secretary, AIOS is a natural progression.

My vision is simple—stable, quiet, and practical leadership.
