Vlog #16 - Anxiety

Over the last week or so, I've been stressed and filled with anxiety.

The problem is that I'm not entirely sure why... I'm healthy (all things considered) and I've started training for the next step in my dialysis journey.

Overall, things are going pretty well, but for some reason even doing simple things like going to the store or even just checking my social medias or email makes me want to curl up in a ball and pull a blanket over my head until everything goes away...
