● Follow the cross inside the moving dot with your eye.\r

● 1 foot distance from the screen, depending on screen size. The point of the exercise is to make your eye move around the eye socket.\r

● Full screen display. Try using a big monitor, or a 10 tablet, but keep your head closer to it.\r
\r
● Dark room.\r
\r
● If you use glasses wear them while watching this.\r
\r
● Watch 2-3 videos every day, twice a day. Combine with the other videos in this channel. Change videos every week or two.
