They call me "slow niggah". I noticed "shitty face" from the distance, like 1(1/2) blocks away (he went out to the street to see how far I was); so, I expected some incident (USG/they know your whereabouts, track your heat gradient/bodily positions and field of view 24x7). What I didn’t know was that "Doggie" was waiting for me in a car and came out as I walked by. Obviously "shitty face" doesn't have a job (other than serving as a perpetrator) and apparently still lives by "his mom" in the building, as he himself says. Is that why he considers himself to be a "smart niggah". The other day as he walked into the building I told him that the administration of the building wanted to know who he was and he just walked away.
Perps are textbook they do such things as "cover" even if all of that bs is very obvious to you. They "intelligently" go out pretending they are having a smoke break or are walking their dogs.
I noticed a longer than necessary wait for the elevator, they can actionably control everything which they use to situate targeted individuals. Then there he was! "Shitty face" told me when it opened that "he was going downstairs" that "'his mom' was waiting for him", that "I could come with him". What the eff did he even mean? Did he think I was going to do what he was telling me?!?
I never talk back to them, all I have said/asked to perps is "from where the eff do you we know each other?", "Doggie" told me the other day: "from the building". They blab you simply because USG shows a picture of you on their app and share your profile with them. That app even sends them alerts about when you are about to come out of your apartment.
I took my cell phone out again to record him to show the "not entirely oblivious" administration of the building who those two are. There are other people participating in that gang stalking/harassment in the building as well as "visiting perps". "Doggie" and "shitty face" are the most active.
All they do "following orders" from their command centers. "shitty face" was apparently awaiting a response from his paying masters letting him know what to do. When you are a TI you don't own your phone. They do. You are just a "paying customer". I have ee told that they do that to everybody anyway . That TIs notice because it all becomes too obvious to them. USG deletes, blurs and alters the faces on the pictures and videos you take of them. I have heard they are even using "AI" for that. What I do is turning off the phone and extract/transfer all data ASAP. My phone was waiting forever to start; so, I held the door of the elevator. Finally I could take pictures and make a video of those two! How nice! Thank you! How funny having perps saying on camera that they reported you!
