Vegetable Masala Pasta Recipe - Indian Style Pasta
Ingredients
Pasta - 200 gm
Mix vegetables - 200 gm
Green Chillie - 1
Onion - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt & Oil - as needed
Lemon - half
Tomato Ketch up - little

METHOD:
Take any pasta of your choice and boil it in water for 10 mins with little oil and salt.
Drain the excess water and keep it aside
Add 2 tsp of oil to hot pan and add cut green chilli followed by chopped onion, fry for 2 minutes
Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for 2 mins
Add chopped vegetables such as carrot,beans and potato
Add Salt and fry for 2 minutes
Add Chilli powder followed by Garam masala
Leave it to cook for few more minutes
Turn off the heat and add little Tomato Ketch up to the vegetable mix
Mix the boiled pasta with vegetable mix
Squeeze half lemon to the pasta
Tasty Vegetable Masala Pasta is now ready
