VEEV Spa Cooler Cocktail

This fan favorite is a VEEV classic with refreshing notes of mint & cucumber. The Spa Cooler is the perfect summer cocktail to keep cool with.

The Spa Cooler:
1 1/2 oz VEEV
1-2 sprigs of mint
6 cucumber slices (thin)
1oz Fresh lime juice
3/4oz Simple syrup
Garnish: Cucumber and sprig of mint
Glass Type: Rocks Glass

Shake all ingredients well with ice in cocktail shaker.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice and sprig of mint (can also be served double strained in a chilled rocks glass).
Note: Basil, sage or rosemary can replace mint
