VEEV Breakfast Fizz by Willy Whine

A VEEV twist on the Ramos Gin Fizz, Willy Shine's Breakfast Fizz is a unique cocktail inspired by one of his favorite cities, New Orleans. With Orange Marmalade, rose water, and egg whites, this cocktail is unexpected and full of surprises.

The Breakfast Fizz
2 oz VEEV
2 Bar spoon Frutations Orange marmalade
.25 oz Maple syrup
.25 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz lime juice
2 drops rose water
Egg white
2-3 oz Soda water

Garnish: Chamomile buds
Glass: Chilled 12-14oz Collin’s glass

Prep: Dry shake all ingredients for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.
Add 1-2oz cold soda water to chilled Collin’s glass.
Double strain contents into Collin’s glass and add 1oz of soda water over ice in tin.
Slowly strain into Collin’s glass to gather remnants and finish the cocktail.
Garnish with chamomile tea buds.
