VEEV Collins
2 oz VEEV Spirit
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Top with soda
Sprig of mint (optional)
Garnish: Lemon wedge
Glass Type: Collins Glass
Shake VEEV, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
Top with soda(1-2oz) and garnish with the lemon wedge.
