Uproar in UP Assembly

Lucknow, Jan 29 (ANI): Uproar was witnessed in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly after the Bahujan Samaj Party and Congress members protested against implementation of new protocol issued by the President’s office on ‘How to receive Governor’. According to the new rules, the Governor, will arrive in a procession amid blowing of trumpets and will be received by the Chief Minister and others at the entrance of the assembly. After welcoming the Governor, the Chief Minister and others will follow him in a procession to the Assembly. The National Anthem will be played twice before the proceedings begin and after the Governor leaves.
