Getting a great, well-rounded upper body workout is definitely possible without using equipment. The 3 exercises presented in this workout will target the arms, chest, shoulders, and back - And, they can be done quickly, without equipment.
We use these exercises in the Make Your Body Work training program (http://www.makeyourbodywork.com), often in a circuit pattern. Try doing all 3 consecutively without rest. Then, take a 30-second rest and repeat the circuit.
