Unlock Lock without Combination (Tonyon Bike Cable Lock)

How to unlock a forgotten combination cable bike lock. The particular brand I'm working on is from Tonyon, but most rotating combination bike cable locks are made the same. It may take some practice and/or a few tries. Hope this helps somebody who forgot their combination.
