Description
Ingredients
Small onion – 250gm
Lady finger – 4 piece
Brinjal – 01 piece
Grated coconut – 2 Cup
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 2 ½ tbsp
Turmeric – ½ tbsp
Coconut oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
Tamarind – 1 small piece
Mustard seed – ½ tbsp
Salt as required
Preparation
1. Take a pan and add grated coconut (2 cup), 10 - 20 Nos of small onion and add some curry leaves.
Roast it till coconut turns golden brown.
Then add 2 tbsp chilly powder, 2 ½ tbsp coriander powder and ½ tbsp turmeric
Mix it well
Let it cool and grind the mixture with a small piece of tamarind.
Then add some water to grind mixture to paste form.
2. Take a pan and add some coconut oil, after heated add some mustard seed
Add chopped vegetable slice (Lady finger, Brinjal) into it.
Then mix the grinded mixture and add required salt, water and boil it.
