Delectable? Surely you jest!
The minute portion of the
Cursed liquid travels slowly,
Ominously to my mouth.

I sit, mortified at the very
Thought of that horrific
Sensation playing its devilish
Tune upon my poor tongue.

Intriguing, this feeling.
I masticate frantically,
Eager to fend off the awful
Taste that begins to permeate my
Entire body with its revulsion.

Oh! It readies itself for battle
With my already ailing stomach,
Burning its way on the
Warpath down my throat.
It returns, angered at its defeat.

Until, violently, it jettisons itself
All over the bathroom floor.
