This drunken idiot claimed that he was tying his shoes after the accident, he actually ran into an Army Reserve Center in McAllen, Texas. The incident occurred at 6 PM immediately after we left work. The impact of the accident with the fence actually pulled the entire fence's foundation out of the ground.
