TRX Sample Exercises -- Part 3
Description
These exercises may be used with any suspension training system, though you may have to modify as not all suspension trainers are designed the same. I used the TRX for this video (and parts 1 and 2 which are both on Vimeo). The exercises are intermediate and may be made more advanced as needed. Again, these are samples. In using these during a workout, you will want to typically perform more repetitions than I am demonstrating here. "Time under tension" for bodyweight exercises and taking the exercise to fatigue are usually indicated for this type of routine (where bodyweight and gravity are used as "resistance").
