Trucker Jeff - A Child

Sitting quietly before God
listening for an idea, his thought,
church never told me that
darkness could still dwell in me,
even after I took him...for my king
and every song we've ever sang
had a happy ending.
Tell that to Judas mother...
but on a good day
I am filled with his light
and I am forgiven
and I am blessed, and I am his child.
I AM A CHILD OF THE KING!
and when I stand before the judgement throne, the throne of grace!
My savior will say, ' He is mine. Trucker Jeff belongs to me.'


It is the truth I live in. No judgement
only his grace.
