Troy Williams - Definitive Uncertainty

Definitive uncertainty like a cold embracing shadow
encompasses the light of my intuition, my decisions.
With blinded eyes how can know if I fall or rise,
like living in a world with no clocks and always overcast skies,
how wold you know if the sun sets or it rises?
Surely unsure of the quest ahead but the only signs that I'm getting are mark with dread.
Seeking not finding my guiding torch ignite a fire and start me off.
Definitely sure I'm unsure of the difference now between
the old me and the now me and the me to come.
No light from then till now, no change cause I don't know how,
no way I can free myself from this place that I've placed myself.
Stuck at a junction with ten exits all of which are shrouded in darkness.
How do I change things?
How do I move along when every I path choose seems to get even more wrong?
I'm admitting it outright the situation I'm faced with
Definitely uncertain I doubt I can change it.
