Description
Deck Description:
This Brawl deck uses Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer's ability to conjure a copy of a card in your graveyard to accumulate value and establish control. Nashi itself is a good attacker and defender during the early game.
The main appeal of Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer in this deck is its combo potential with cloning cards like Three Steps Ahead, Sublime Epiphany and Doppelgang. By cloning Nashi as part of those spells' effect, Nashi can copy those same cards and replay them every turn, creating a softlock state in some cases.

Deck Discussion:
It is important to not miss land drops when playing this deck. Your Commander may be able to give you extra cards, but you still need mana to be able to make good use of them. It is not a unreasonable play to copy a fetchland from the graveyard in order to have a land drop on the next turn.
Choosing the right card to copy when you play your Commander is essential. Copying a counterspell or a removal spell is a common line. Copying a boardwipe is also acceptable since spells copied by your Commander perpetually gain Flash. That will allow you to wipe the board at instant speed when necessary.
The combo potential of your Commander with cloning spells is usually a very attractive prospect. However, controlling the board and game state is more important. It is not advisable to risk the entire game by having a greedy attitude towards your copy choices. The deck runs a lot of control elements, so a long game is not uncommon.
From experience, casting a large Doppelgang at the end of your opponent's turn is very doable. Unfortunately, none of the the games where I was able to do that has been recorded.
