Tree Felling project

Tomorrows project for the Ranchero newbie at La Media Luna! I'm not afraid of it but a bit concerned due to mentioned circumstances in video. Mostly the quality of the wood.
Cutting the notch or wedge out should not be a problem, I will not do a humbold cut as I no care if the top or trunk part of tree impacts ground first.
My concerns are the 10% of hinge-wood in center that direct the fall of tree respective it's direction. If it is all dried up and rotten it will not have any guidance function no matter where I have my wedge cut out and when I'm in with the felling cut that tree could go all over. I will prepare clear escape routes..... (45 degree on both sides)
I will document/video the action and post tomorrow the outcome.

¡El proyecto de mañana para el novato ranchero en La Media Luna! No me preocupa, pero sí un poco por las circunstancias mencionadas en el video. Principalmente la calidad de la madera.
Cortar la muesca o la cuña no debería ser un problema. No haré un corte de humboldt, ya que no me importa si la copa o el tronco del árbol impactan primero contra el suelo.
Me preocupa el 10% de la madera de la bisagra en el centro que dirige la caída del árbol en su dirección. Si está seca y podrida, no servirá de guía, independientemente de dónde corte la cuña, y al realizar el corte de tala, el árbol podría caerse por completo. Prepararé rutas de escape despejadas (45 grados a ambos lados).
Documentaré/grabaré en video la acción y mañana publicaré el resultado.
