Treatment for thumb pain

Repatative strain injury on left thumb due to texting and working with hand doing intricate work like working on small objects which use a lot of finger thumb movements.
This patients pain has been present four months and has taken anti inflamatory meds already with just short term relief.here i have done local stimulation to help release adhesions and possible scar tissue and dr tan method of mirroring thumb on opposite foot.
