Trap Bar Bent Rows 321lb-NOPE

Trap Bar Bent Rows are one of my All-Time favorites!! You'll see 8x221lb & 5x271lb annnnnd a couple of sad attempts @321lb. Standing on the stump for more stretch. These hit the Upper Lats soooo well!!Remember with the Trap Bar Bent Rows, you got to pull like using a dumbbell, NOT straight up but, up AND back. See the diagonal line of the bar path as I pull the hands up to the hips?? Makes a WORLD of difference!! Good Luck & God Bless!!!
