There is nothing quite so frightful as that many-legged beastie.
The one that spins a fragile web to snare unwitting flies.
Don’t even try to tell me that it doesn’t want to eat me.

I know that I’m annoying and you think that I’m a baby,
but please just shut up and kill it and I’ll promptly cease my cries.

I found one on the bathroom wall and jumped back in a hurry,
and it turned around and looked at me with bloodlust in its eyes.
Don’t even try to tell me that it doesn’t want to eat me.

You say that these are useful bugs and I’m just being silly,
but I’m entirely convinced that it’s the devil in disguise.

There is no way in HELL that thing is more afraid of me.
I never will be safe from its wrath until it dies.
Don’t even try to tell me that it doesn’t want to eat me.

Don’t defend the hated creature, don’t tell me that I’m crazy!
I swear that little spider there is plotting my demise!
