Description
Top surgery is a type of gender affirmation surgery that alters the appearance of the chest. In Alex's case, his top surgery made his chest look more masculine. He got top surgery a few months ago after coming out as transgender, but he says he's felt uncomfortable with his chest all his life. Now, he finally feels comfortable rocking his body and going shirtless in public.
