This was supposed to be uploaded a lot earlier, but had some dilemmas from editing. Anyway, here's the top 20 horror anime I highly recommend you should watch on Halloween. Keep in mind that the rankings are judged off of by the quality of the horror in the anime and how it handled/executed that, not just how scary it makes me piss myself kind of thing.

Notes:
- Links related to what anime were used, the thumbnail image, the outro image, and the outro song name are always in the description.
- Visuals to Berserk have been changed due to copyright.
- Visuals to Aoi Bungaku and Shinsekai Yori have been changed because I felt these visuals fit these anime correctly, in my opinion.
- Judged by the quality of the anime mostly, then scary/creepy factor.
» So if an anime that you thought was really terrifying (and you enjoyed it) was ranked low, it's probably because of its value in story and characters, that I thought, were lacking.
