Toothbrush Surprise

You've just convinced an innocent, young girl (not that young) to move into your spare room in that huge-ass house you're renting. The lease has been signed, rent paid and belongings moved in. A week hasn't even passed when you realize that some kind of thoughtful welcoming gift is in order.

You take her toothbrush, film yourself smearing it in shit, wait several days and then show her the video and wait for her to castrate you in your sleep.
