Ingredients:
•200g (7 oz) spaghetti or pasta of choice
•2 tbsp olive oil
•2 garlic cloves, minced
•300g (10 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
•1 can (400g / 14 oz) crushed tomatoes
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•1 tsp sugar (optional, to balance acidity)
•Handful of fresh basil leaves
