So I wanted to share a little tip with you when fat freezing you're targeting gel packs and I wanted to remind you to make sure that you remove on those dual targeting gel packs out of your belt and a little slits before placing them in the freezer we do recommend placing your belt in the freezer just make sure that they're separate and the reason for this is because your duel targeting gel pack won't freeze to the correct temperature and we want to make sure they'll get the most results possible and the dual target model packs are holding up so that you can see results and remember the more you use it the more you lose it so get that blue fat-free system on thanks guys.
