Time Warp

Frank is a character on Flipnote Hatena created by geezer. People kept asking him how to draw Frank which gave me this idea. But I thought I would mislead them by saying it was going to teach them how to draw him but actually teach them something else. So I decided to do the Time Warp. So you are at first lead to believe you will learn how to draw Frank but when it says Follow these simple steps, it actually means follow the steps of the Time Warp.
