Never been the tallest 
with clapping hands 
as my name is in the chorus 

Not selected from the crowd 
To stand above others
And take a bow

Never had I won first place
Bronze was the closest I got
Not shinny enough to see my face

Under the radar is where I belong
Somewhere in the credits
seen at the playing of the last song 

Just another in the multitude
One more face to look through
One more chord to set the mood

Not seen by those who chose the elected
Quiet but not without a voice
Staying under the radar, undetected
