How do I breathe?

Where is my attention now?

If I can not move some parts of my body or backward the movement appears by itself, then who controls my body?

What else can I relax? What movement can I exclude?

It is IMPORTANT to ask yourself in each interaction aiming the best result: What else can I NOT do so we will achieve what we want?
