Various genres of music have been instilled in the hearts of every human born on earth. Starting from the flow of pop that is easy listening to rock that is so blaring, everything has colored human life until today. However, of all the genres of music, there is one genre that is in fact able to calm down. Pop music ? No! Jazz? Not really. The music is Reggae music.

Reggae music is a genre of music that has existed since the 60's. This music is much loved by almost all groups, especially young people. This music is preferred because of its rhythm which resembles the turmoil of a young soul who always wants to find pleasure and freedom.

Besides being able to entertain, this music also has several benefits for everyone's mental health. Some of the benefits of Reggae music, namely:
