Things have changed after Mumbai attacks: Navy chief

Vizag (AP), Feb 08 (ANI): Navy Chief R K Dhowan on Monday assured the country that sailors stay alert and awake on the International water boundaries so that people of the country can sleep peacefully. Speaking about the Mumbai terror attacks, Dhowan said that there have been a lot of changes after 2008 to ensure the safety of the citizens. He added that adequate measure have been taken to mark the identity of fishermen of every state departing from their ports to earn their livelihood without any problem.
