What Johnfn wanted: " I want a track that sounds like a missing track from the Chrono Cross OST, which is my favorite (vg) album of all time. I want beautiful chord progressions, suspended chords and modulations and an orchestral/electro hybrid sound palette (or just choose one). The only thing you don't have to worry about is making it seem like it's an actual video game song (by looping twice, being pretty short, and fading out - that's dumb), and you don't really have to worry about using limited instruments or soundfonts or anything like that."
