Description
Jeffery Pierre, a 17-year-old recently released from the Tryon Boys Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, had turned his life around. According to family and friends, he was a changed man. On September 26, 2005, everything changed when Jeffery's friend Sam, who was recently released from the same juvenile facility, paid Jeffery a visit.
